IPICS The Supply Chain Management Institute is the leading promoter of education and training in Supply Chain and Operations Management in Ireland. It is a limited company with no share capital registered in Ireland. It is a not for profit organisation with offices in Dublin, Ireland and is a Premier Channel Partner of APICS in Ireland.

IPICS fully respects your right to privacy and will not collect any personal information about you including the information gathered on the IPICS website, without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer to us will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.

When you use the IPICS website to shop for or to purchase IPICS memberships, certification courses, certification testing, or other materials, IPICS utilizes third-party payment processors, as its agents (“Payment Agents”) to process your payment and provide payment verification to IPICS concerning your payment. IPICS and its Payment Agents utilize systems whereby we substitute a proxy set of identifying information for your real financial information. Our Payment Agents, which do handle your credit cards and other payment information, are PCI Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) compliant. As a result, IPICS does not collect or store your credit card numbers or other similar financially-related Personal Information and it isn’t exposed more than necessary. Disclosure
IPICS will not provide the personal information of any Member or subscriber to a third party other than APICS. APICS course and examination registration will be highlighted as requiring the provision of specific personal details to third parties e.g. name and address data for the purpose of course and exam registration.
Note: APICS is located, outside the European Union, in the United States of America. IPICS is not responsible for the privacy of data submitted to APICS on behalf of APICS exam candidates or those requesting APICS membership.
Summarised, statistical data, which cannot be used to identify any individuals, may be provided to third parties.
Security of Personal Information
IPICS takes the security of your Personal Information very seriously. When your Personal Information is stored by IPICS, we use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Unfortunately, data transmission over public networks cannot be guaranteed to be one hundred per cent secure.
