Programme Structure

CPIM certification is broken into 2 parts.  CPIM Part 1 and CPIM Part 2.

  • CPIM Part 1 covers The Basics of Supply Chain Management
  • CPIM Part 2 covers the following 4 modules: Master Planning of Resources, Detailed Scheduling and Planning, Execution and Control of Operations and Strategic Management of Resources
